User Manual For Students to apply NOC ( No Objection Letter ) Online


Step1 : Open URL : https://noc.moest.gov.np/

Step 2 : Locate Apply for NOC on Right Hand Side.

Step 3 : Enter your phone number and click on proceed.



Step 4 : Enter your OTP Token and click on proceed.



Step 5 : Enter your new password and new password confirmation and Click on Submit.


Step 6 : Enter your Email and Click on Request for Token.
